CleanStuck is a cleaning products brand operating in Pakistan. We sell directly to consumers via our website with Cash on Delivery payment.

2. Ordering Process

• Orders are placed through our website form and confirmed via WhatsApp.
• An order is confirmed only after we contact you on WhatsApp and you confirm the details.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Product prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice.

3. Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery charges apply and are confirmed via WhatsApp when the order is placed.
• Delivery times vary by location (typically 3-7 business days).
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other events beyond our control.

4. Payment

All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery. We do not accept or process online payments, credit cards, or bank transfers through this website.

5. Returns & Refunds

• If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at 0313-2295314.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion after verifying the issue.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging for returns.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days.

• Multi-Purpose Cleaner: For use on household surfaces only (kitchen counters, tiles, floors). Keep away from skin, eyes, food, and children. Use in a ventilated area and rinse food-contact surfaces after cleaning.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
